Installing 'Country'
Artist Warwick Keen was on site yesterday to supervise the installation of the final pole for his work Country.
The installation consists of 24 carved trees. Five men including our gallery Director John Cheeseman had to lift the pole at the same time and carry it over to the giant spike support – the forest which consists of 24 carved trees will be a spectacular highlight of the Bungaree: the First Australian exhibition.
