This year’s Mosman Art Prize judge is Anne Flanagan, Assistant Director, Art Gallery of New South Wales. This is a wonderful opportunity to see her selection of artists for this year’s Mosman Art Prize and to view her choice of winner of the $30,000 prize. The winning work will join the Mosman Art Collection of art, reflecting developments in Australian art practice since 1947.

Hear Jasper Knight, 33 year-old Sydney-based artist and winner of the 2008 Mosman Art Prize in conversation with Katrina Cashman, Assistant Director and Senior Curator of the Mosman Art Gallery.

Jasper’s work was a finalist in the Archibald prize five times. He has also exhibited in the Wynne Prize in 2005, 2006 ,2011 and 2012. He was awarded an Australia Council Emerging and Established New Work grant, the Freedman Foundation Scholarship and the Rocks Art Prize.
