Visit Mosman Art Trail to walk in the steps of famous artists and explore the stunning harbourside landscapes that inspired them. Experience the beauty of Mosman and its waterways and hidden coves through the eyes of the many artists who have lived and worked here including Margaret Preston, Arthur Streeton, and Ethel Carrick Fox to name a few. The Mosman Art Trail is a unique cultural walk featuring illustrated signage of works from the Mosman Art Collection and The Balnaves Gift. Meander this 10km circuit at your own pace, or perhaps choose several destinations over a series of weekends – this walk is suitable for most ages (there are steps on some sections). Here you will discover the natural beauty of the region and why it continues to inspire so many artists today. Each artwork page contains an audio recording, read by actor Claudia Karvan, explaining the history of each work. You can also visit the works in-situ at the Mosman Art Gallery. Enjoy!
