In this workshop, led by exhibiting artist Rosie Deacon, participants will explore their own intuition, creativity and obsession to produce a unique tote bag. They will work with materials both natural and manufactured and use techniques such as drawing, sewing, threading, pompom and tassel making.

Artist Rosie Deacon works across different forms including sculpture and installation, producing work that features an explosion of Australiana, colour and whimsical performative moments. Her work is produced through a variety of processes related to aspects of kitsch, craft and folk art practices. Materials included.
