Learn how to create a small sculpture with award winning sculptor Helen Alajajian using soapstone. Soapstone is a beautiful material, unique in colour and texture and ideal for carving.  Create a tactile, abstract sculpture inspired by the stone's inherent quality and form. Participants will learn carving, refining and polishing techniques.
