Exhibition curator Djon Mundine continues the process of working with a range of emerging and established Aboriginal artists, exploring Bungaree’s legacy and pushing the boundaries of contemporary art making.
Bungaree’s Farm is a site specific exhibition, responding and interpreting the site of the first Aboriginal land grant in Australia located at Georges Heights/ Middle Head, Mosman.
Public transport options include:
Sydney Buses: Route 244 between Wynyard and Chowder Bay stopping at Georges Heights. Call Transport Info: 131500 or visit 131500.com.au for timetable information
Mosman Rider: is a free hail-and-ride community bus service operating everyday, on a designated route. Take the South Loop to the Georges Heights bus stop. Track the location of the Mosman Rider using your web-enabled smart phone, visit ww.mosmanrider.net for timetable information.
Sydney Ferries: regular services between North Shore wharves and Circular Quay, make for a fast, convenient and scenic way to travel. The Mosman Rider South Loop bus stops at Mosman Street (a 5 minute walk away from Mosman Wharf) and also near the Taronga Zoo main entrance (a 5 minute walk from Taronga Zoo wharf).
