The Gallery's Education Programs offer students the opportunity to engage directly with works of art through a dynamic, changing exhibition program. Students will extend their visual literacy and art-making skills by actively participating in art educator-led tours and hands-on workshops individually tailored to their learning needs. View Mosman Art Gallery’s 2023 program here:

Secondary and Tertiary

Mosman Art Gallery can work with schools and institutions to offer tailor made education experiences for students. Depending on the exhibition and those involved, artists may be available for meet the artist sessions and for workshops with student groups. School groups can book in for curator led tours for particular exhibitions or with the public programs officer who can tailor the tour to suit the aims of the school or institution. Specific education programs will be updated for individual exhibitions.

The Gallery can also host Year 10 work experience students and Tertiary internship placements, however, please note that spaces are limited and dependant on staff workloads. Please contact us to enquire how we may be able to accommodate you or your student(s).
