In this workshop, the participants will learn how to create a still life using interesting items they find in their home. Using any camera that is available to them, they will be introduced to working with light, focus, colour for impact, perspective, shapes, composition and black & white photography. We will have some fun styling the arrangements using backdrops and some tricks to give your images a special touch.

No previous knowledge needed. All cameras including D-SLR, compact system or smart phone/pad are welcome. You will need a stable internet connection and access to Microsoft Teams on a separate device to your camera device.

Please prepare 3-5 objects that tell us something about you and a piece of fabric or card for the backdrop. Make sure the items are not too big as they need to fit into the still life set up.
